If you would like to delete your account from TechTick (by TechTick.com), please send an email to tech@techtick.com from the same email address registered to your account.
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Permanently delete your account information (email, profile details)
- Remove all data stored in our database linked to your account (job posts, proposals, messages, reviews)
Data Retention:
- Certain minimal records (e.g., payment transaction history) may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
- All other personal data stored in Firebase will be permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.
